New for 2016 is Fender’s Limited Edition American Standard Telecaster, a master work of tone, feel, and looks. Its ash body makes the guitar's cognac burst finish really stand out, with the guitar’s natural wood grain being put on full display on the top, back, and sides. Speaking of which, the guitar's neck features strikingly-figured maple, while its 22-fret rosewood fingerboard and 9.5" to 14" compound radius makes playability an absolute breeze. Two custom shop Tele single-coils with an extra-hot Twisted Tele in the neck make for a diverse tonal palette that is also instantly recognizable for its classic Tele characteristics. Exceptional intonation is achieved through this Limited Edition Tele's upgraded string-through-body bridge, which has bent steel saddles for the ultimate in both sustain and feel. With its stunning aesthetics, world-class tone, and pristine feel, this Limited Edition American Standard Tele is an absolute joy to behold.
