You are looking at a custom made pickguard hand made from Steve Miller Band's "Book of Dreams" vinyl LP record on the iconic Capitol records label. Whether you are a Steve miller fan or not, this album label is smokin' hot! All of my pickguards are hand made to order, signed and individually numbered on the back, and will fit Fender Telecaster’s made in USA, Mexico, Fender Squier Telecaster’s made overseas or most non-Fender brand Tele bodies. This pickguard is pre-tested to fit as described. I can also drill the two holes for the screws that secure the neck pickup on some Tele configurations.

As this pickguard is created from an album that has been used and handled for many years in its previous life, it will or may show various marks, very minor scratches, etc. that one would expect to see on vinyl records of this age. Please do not anticipate a flawless, “as brand new” album top. The combination of age of the album and handling will or may leave some minor and various “scratches” on the vinyl. This natural wear and tear is part of the classic appeal of vinyl LP pickguards. However, when mounted on your guitar, this gorgeous pickguard will look just like what it was made out of – classic, warm vinyl that is many years old with a vintage, iconic flair. It even looks awesome on a brand new Telecaster finishes. Generally speaking, most surface imperfections are unnoticeable unless one is looking very closely, and even then they are not typically construed as distracting. I do my best to explain the overall condition of these pickguards to ensure you are buying these gorgeous pickguards with “eyes wide open”. The entire pickguard surface is sealed with nitrocellulose lacquer.

I can also custom make one for you from one of thousands of other albums available in my collection. Prices will vary. I can also make them to fit Telecaster’s with humbucker neck pickup. Just let me know. You can even send me the album that you want me to make the pickguard from. No problem!

As this is custom made, I cannot absolutely guarantee that it will fit like a brand new commercially made pickguard from Fender. However, I take great pride in doing good work that looks great on Telecaster guitars and I work directly from Fender pickguard templates. You are welcome to send me your existing pickguard to use for a template for your guitar if you have something that is a different configuration. 

 I use them on my personal collection and everyone loves them. As such, I will do whatever I can to make you 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase and you have not drilled any holes or made any modifications to your pickguard, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the pickguard and I will do whatever I reasonably can to make it right or refund your money minus original shipping cost. You will have to pay shipping back to me for the return. You must return it in the exact same condition as you received it and contact me to receive a return authorization number to be eligible for a refund. I value my 100% positive ebay feedback.
