E4c Vintage Harmony H8396 H45 Stratotone Holiday Electric Guitar Project 1960's

  Congratulations you are bidding on a vintage 1960's era Harmony electric guitar. The serial inside the body ended in H8396 which research wise seems to be a holiday or H45 stratotone. The frets have heavy ware and the fret board is coming up as seen. The head stock has marker on it, the pick guard is cracked and in bad shape. The knobs don't seem to want to turn and the electronics need gone through and replaced. Otherwise it seems solid still and the neck looks to be straight. I am no expert but I explained it to the best of my knowledge and it will need repairs. Please use photographs to determine condition for yourself.
