The Wolfgang WG Standard contains many of the same blazing features as its more expensive brethren—a blazing one-piece bolt-on maple neck with graphite reinforcement rods holds strong against the ravages of temperature and humidity and a speedy 12"-16" compound radius maple fingerboard with comfortably rolled edges and 22 jumbo frets won't drag your fretting hand down. Dual EVH Wolfgang humbucking pickups mounted directly to the body increase vibration transfer, resulting in sustain for days on end. Two domed control knobs have been dialed-in to Van Halen's exacting specifications—the smooth-feeling 500k pots make it easy to find your sound while retaining the crisp high end sparkle of the EVH Wolfgang pickups. The EVH-branded Floyd Rose® Special bridge and R2® locking nut consistently stay in tune through the deepest whammy dives and horse whinnies.

The uniquely styled Wolfgang body features an ergonomic forearm carve and "belly" cut that bears oversized strap buttons to keep your instrument where it belongs throughout any onstage acrobatics you may indulge in. Refurbished Instruments

Most instruments sold at MMS have NO VISIBLE REPAIRS, unless otherwise posted. This means when the refurbishing factory received the instrument from the manufacturer, they inspected the instrument and determined there were no flaws. Each refurbished instrument is inspected, tested, and professionally set up by certified repair technicians.

Every instrument goes through five different inspections before being shipped. The factory who refurbishes our instruments is one of the largest and highest volume shops in the country. Their restoration shop has been awarded a "Gold" level certification from Fender and employs one "Gold," six "Silver" and several "Bronze" level repair technicians. The instrument then goes to the Quality Control Manager, and from there the manager decides which level of condition the instrument is in. The factory then lightly stamps "USED" onto the instrument. They also provide the instrument with a new serial number.

You can rest assure that every instrument is in extremely great condition. If an instrument at Matt's Music Store is marked as NO VISIBLE REPAIRS/MINT CONDITION, it is in next to perfect condition.
