Fender Japan Telecaster deluxe MIJ/CIJ

Telecaster deluxe from Fender Japan. Not many tele deluxe's get out of Japan, this one is a copy of Deryck Whibley's tele released for the domestic Japanese market only. I have owned this guitar since purchasing it new from Yamano Music in 2006 (original sale slip will be included with guitar).

The guitar itself is great to play. The neck and quality of craftmanship is typical Fender Japan. As for how its set up - ive pulled this from wikipedia - It has a 1972 Telecaster body with 2 humbucking pickups, one volume knob, a Fender neckplate, and a Telecaster Deluxe headstock. The Telecaster has only one working pickup - in the bridge, the Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB Humbucker. The input jack is custom made onto the pickguard rather than a side input jack. The body is featured without the traditional pickup selector switch. From memory is an Alder body but I cant find a source to back that up.

Condition-wise its very good. Minimal damage apart from some light playing wear and some very light vertical marks on the fretboard. Neck is straight and electrics fully functional.

Pickup is available from Mandurah or Cockburn, WA. Postage is $40 Australia wide and includes secure packaging (neck will be removed for shipping), or I can post it in a hard case instead for $90.
