Fender Select Stratocaster S1 Switch American Design Experience Custom Shop

I have an Stratocaster American Design Experience that was built by Fender in the Corona CA plant.  This is a one off build from someone that ordered it from the "American Design Experience". It is a Select Body with Deluxe S1 Electronics (one of a kind build). 

I've only had the guitar for a couple weeks and I don't know the history of the guitar.  I sent many pictures to Fender and they replied confirming this is one of their guitars built in the Corona CA plant (see attached photo of email from Fender).  They speculated that it is an "American Design Experience" build were a customer could walk in an selected the parts and have a guitar built at the walk in location in Corona (American Design Experience is no longer available).   

This will be a collector guitar as it was a unique build by Fender.   All of the part numbers and markings were verified by Fender. 

The S1 switch makes all the difference in the world in the tones you can get from a Stratocaster and not available on the Select Stratocaster.

The condition is about 9.0-9.5 depending on how you judge.  No visible chips or scratches "ZERO". It does have some light belt rash on the back but could be rubbed/compounded out.
