  Whilst it may look identical to the  'Standard' version, where it differs is in the value of the tone cap., and indeed the tone pot. itself...

When Leo Fender first introduced the Stratocaster it came with a whopping great 0.1uF tone cap. rather than the commonest 0.047uF cap. used today. When you began to dial it in there wasn't so much of the mid-range you're used to now; it had a much 'warmer' Jazzy feel to it.

What I've done here is reintroduce that 0.1uF tone cap., except in much more up to date materials, so now you can relive those funky, far distant days of the Stratocasters initial conception.

As an added bonus, I've made the tone a no-load pot., so you can remove it from the signal path entirely as and when the fancy takes you...

...it has the same Fezz Parka tone mod. as the other versions, CTS master volume, master tone, and THAT third 'blend' pot. to give you the same choice of standard Fender Oak Grigsby 5-way switching, or blending in either the bridge or neck pickup, depending which p'up is 'live' at the time, giving you the choice of the Telecaster-style neck and bridge option so many players miss on a Strat., plus all three together of course, like so...

Then, naturally, you have the nifty Rhoadhouse screw-fit solderless connectors, enabling you to fit this yourself in a matter of minutes, whether you can solder or not! Good huh?
