Fender Telecaster Body

I can't set the way back machine and go back in time so I can't tell you for sure what year this is from.   It weighs  6.54  lbs on the scale at my local UPS store.    It has been refinished and someone tore the crap out of the cavities.  It looks like they may have been filled in and the route you normally see between the neck pickup and the control panel looks filled in and painted over as well.   I'm thinking it may have started off with a bigsby or  a top loader as the string guides on the back are way out of line.   Well, someone can probably bring it back to life.    There is a crack at the edge of the neck cavity which Elvis is pointing to in the last photo.  Easy fix.  Elvis is not included and can't be bought. 
Again, I can't guarantee it but it is possible this is a vintage body.  It certainly looks old.  If I had to guess I would say it is ash based on the weight.
