Rock Rabbit Guitar’s 6AL-4V Telecaster Titanium Control Plate

Want to add a Fender 5-way SuperSwitch to your tele that is out of the way of your picking hand? How about a volume knob that is right where your pinky thinks it should be? Dig your Telecaster without the frequency robbing tone knob? Then check out RockRabbit’s Telecaster Titanium Control Plate that is built for today’s Tele player!

We have these laser cut locally out of .071” 6AL-4V Grade 5 Titanium sheet and then finish them in-house for our line of stripped-down for speed T-type RR guitars. These Telecaster Titanium Control Plates are made with a special offset and angled slot to fit the fat Fender 5-way SuperSwitch into the stock routing channel and to line up with the two factory mounting holes, so there is nothing to alter on your stock body.  A single 3/8” hole is drilled for the volume pot.

Please note- This was designed especially to fit the 5way Super Switch into the 1" Tele control cavity route and while a CTS 3way switch does mount, the 3way is a very tight fit and may require some modification to your body cavity. Our angled end slotted plate, however, is designed for the 3way CTS- check out our other auctions for this. I've shown this against a background color sample of our VOS Black matte nitro finish, which is not included. What you do get is one plate and two flathead stainless steel mounting screws, plus all the mojo that you believe in. These also look pretty cool scuffed up with some super fine sandpaper or glass bead blasted, for a workhorse Telecaster Titanium vibe!
