I bought this about four years ago and never finished the project. Nothing else is included – the auction is for the body ONLY!  The pictures with the parts are only to show that it was partially assembled and everything lined up. The only thing that I modified from the original body was changing the neck pickup from a full-size to a mini-humbucker route. All of the parts will also eventually be offered for sale, so if you are interested in the pickups, neck, or bridge, let me know. I also have two spray cans of Heather Poly lacquer that I will be selling. The body will need sanding and finishing and I was prepping this for a painted finish so please take that into consideration.

From the Original Saylor Guitars description when I bought the body:

Cut from a two piece blank of Oregon Alder. Knot on back is solid. Black line is stain from knot and isn't a split.

I design my TeleBird style replacement bodies from measurements carefully taken from a modern Telecaster and Cibson Firebird V.

Tele style string through bridge setup with humbucker style neck and tele bridge pickup routs.

The neck pocket is cut to fit a Telecaster. It is cut for an American neck, but from experience, I know that the MIM and most replacement necks fit perfectly. 2 3/16" x 3" x 5/8" neck pocket

Of course, true to Tele standards, this is a 25.5" scale.

The body was taken off the cnc and lightly sanded. There is still work to be done! You need to do the finish sanding. The wood and cuts are the same as on my Custom Guitars. This is how I can sell great bodies cheaper than most other American makers.

The body weights 5 lbs  5 oz

This body has a very nice grain.

The 7/8” output hole has been drilled on the back flat so you can use a plate style, electrosocket or vintage Tele style cup. 

The string through ferrules are 5/16" on the back.
