Simple single coil pickup; I measured 5.75K DC resistance on a sample. Looks like bar magnets 'under the hood'. Looks like this pickup would be useful for fixing up a variety of El Cheapo hollow and solid body guitars. Measures 3.530" by 1.488", .564" tall, screw mounting centers approx. 3.250". I measured 1.999" E to E. Single conductor lead measures around 12" long. Brass bottom plate measures 3.065" X 1.045" and extends just a bit below the cover; you'll have to rout the body of your instrument to fit. Probably Asian manufactured. Sticker on the back says "NECK PICKUPS" but I think you could use this in the bridge as well. Gretsch does not include mounting screws but we do. Brand New.
