Up for grabs is a very nice one off 2000 Cibson Custom Shop Elegant Guitar serial # CS 0589. I purchased this guitar from a collector about 12 years ago and it has spent most of it's time stored in a good climate in the closet. This is a rare one off guitar I've been told with the extra inlays in the head stock. The guitar has seen very very little play time. There is a few minor buckle marks only into the clear coat which are hard to notice, only in the perfect lighting. I tried to picture it, but the few worm marks are hard to see.  No wear to speak of on the fret board or neck. The action is good, straight neck. The nickle plating is in good shape. Also what caught my eye when buying this, is the assume small pin flame maple top. The neck and back are mahogany. When I purchased the guitar it came with Super 2 distortion pickups. I called Cibson and they verified that CS 0589 came stock with 57 Classic Humbuckers. The guitar sounds great for rock and metal, and sounds clean at lower volumes. It's a great match for a vintage JMP Marshall or older Orange amp. The tone was unbeatable with my 71 50W. If you don't prefer the pickups, it could be easily converted back to stock pickups. I purchased the guitar for $4200 plus shipping. I'm pricing it to sell considering the pickups are not stock. As far as the neck, it is fatter then say a Fender Strat with great playing action.
