For the purchase of used instruments Centro Musica offers a warranty of
 12 months (always providing proof of purchase)

The shipping costs for return under warranty are charged to the customer while
 the return of the instrument repaired shall be borne by Centro Musica

The instrument warranty must be accompanied by proof of purchase
 and original packaging

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and excludes defects due to misuse
 of the instrument and the poor condition of the instrument.

Before sending the instrument under warranty you must contact
our customer care to express authorization by the following contact form

Payment:

The purchase can be made by online payment through paypal,
 charging tothem or by bank transfer

To purchase on delivery is planned a shipping additional
 percentage to the amount purchased (visible in the cart)

The shipping costs are visible by placing the item in the basket before
 confirming the purchase.

Shipments will be made all express courrier GLS or DHL

The packaging is personally supervised by us and with the utmost
care for the instruments.

Delivery times are an average of 2-3 days in addition to the shipping.
