Gretsch G9212 Honey Dipper Special Squar Neck Resonator Guitar

The Root Series G9212 Honey Dipper Square-Neck Resonator features a beautifully crafted bell brass body with traditional-style F holes just as the G9201, but features a square neck, a bound fingerboard, a 1930s-style Gretsch headstock with aged pearloid face and screened headstock graphic along with a weathered Cactus Flower finish. The heart of this richly resounding resonator is the Gretsch Ampli-Sonic resonator cone, which is hand-spun in Eastern Europe from nearly 99-percent pure aluminum for fantastic volume and sonic projection, along with a Biscuit- Ebony-Tipped Maple bridge. The perfect choice for slide players, the mahogany squareneck is topped with a 19-fret rosewood fingerboard. Additional features include weathered hardware, a bone nut and Grover Sta-Tite die-cast tuning machines. Case sold separately

This is a refurbished instrument. These guitars are sent directly from the manufacturer to the authorized refurbishing center where they are fully inspected and cleared by a certified technician. The guitars are sent there for many reasons, including: Cosmetic flaws, Minor repairs & Discontinued Models.

Most of the Instruments that we sell have no flaws or repairs. For any that do, we will describe the flaw or repair in the listing and include a photo if it is visible. Some item specifics may vary from stock description above. The actual guitar for sale is shown in the photographs.

All of our guitars come with a new standard factory setup, but may require a small amount of fine tuning to fit the players personal taste. In order to prevent false warranty claims, the guitar is given a new serial number and the back of the headstock is lightly stamped "used" or "2nd" by the authorized refurbishing center. These guitars are the next best thing to buying new!

Condition: The guitar has a few scrapes on the bottom edge and has a few scuff marks on the resonator. Otherwise, it is in like new mint condition. Save Big!
