Hagstrom Swede Satin Black Electric Guitar

 The Hagstrom Select Series, Vintage Series, and UltraLux Series guitars recapture the original glorious Hagstrom style. They are built to the same stringent quality standards and feature Hagstrom's exclusive technologies including the legendary H-Expander Truss Rod while introducing a number of new technological advances such as the Resinator Fretboard in order to guarantee that these are the finest guitars on the market. The Vintage Series Swede provides the perfect combination of fat sound and legendary style. The 24.75 inch scale neck combined with Hagstrom's super fast neck design make this guitar a dream to solo on. The Swede's totally unique tone filter dials in delicious vintage tones. This guitar features a 45mm Mahogany Body with 10mm Carved Mahogany Top and a Mahogany Set Neck. The fingerboard is made from Resinator wood with Hagstrom Pearl Block Position Marks. Resinator wood is more stable than any standard wood product. It is the perfect fingerboard material in that it eliminates wolf tones or hot spots, and it has a smooth, articulate sound.

The H-Expander Truss Rod provides tension at either end and running the entire length of the neck, and the rigid yet lightweight alloy truss rod allows for a very low action and thin neck, two factors that were instrumental in earning Hagstrom its reputation as the world’s fastest playing guitar. Other features are: Hagstrom 18:1 die cast tuning keys; a 3-way pickup toggle switch; a long travel T-O-M bridge with Hagstrom stop tail piece and 6 individual brass string blocks; 2 x volume/ 2 x tone, and a 3-way sound filter toggle switch. This is a refurbished instrument. These guitars are sent directly from the manufacturer to the authorized refurbishing center where they are fully inspected and cleared by a certified technician. The guitars are sent there for many reasons, including: Cosmetic flaws, Minor repairs & Discontinued models.

Most of the Instruments that we sell have no flaws. For any that do, we will describe the flaw or repair in the listing and include a photo if it is visible. Some item specifics may vary from stock description above. The actual guitar for sale is shown in the photographs.

All of our guitars come with a new standard factory setup, but may require a small amount of fine tuning to fit the players personal taste. In order to prevent false warranty claims, the guitar is given a new serial number and the back of the headstock is lightly stamped "used" or "2nd" by the authorized refurbishing center. These guitars are the next best thing to buying new!

Condition: The guitar has a small amount of oxidation on some of the hardware. The pickup covers have some flaking around the screw holes that adjust the pickups height. It also has a small finish crack coming off from one of the volume knobs. Otherwise, it is in like new mint condition. Save Big!
