Always cool!  Harmony Discovery D65MR Bass guitar in metallic red with maple fret-board.  This bass is made in Korea, probably in the 80's.  This bass is versatile for a number of reasons.  Let's start with the tone and play-ability.  This bass plays great, and has some amazing sustain, the precision style split coil pickup allows you to play a variety of different styles.  Equipped with an old-school thumb rest for the finger style players.  Check out that MASSIVE bridge, made of solid CAST BRASS, with gigantic cube saddles that will definitely contribute amazing sustain.  Combine that with the big die-cast open gear tuning machines, and this bass will hold tune with ease.  This instrument even has the P-Bass girth, and she is a heavy bugger, possibly even 10 lbs or more, but we all know that adds to the overall sustain of the bass.

The condition of this bass is very good, with the worst damage being a small patch of buckle rash on the back.(as pictured) There may be other small nicks and/or scratches, but basically just normal wear and tear. The maple neck is straight, and the profile isn't too thick. The brass hardware looks very good too. This bass was recently set-up to perform to it's optimum range.
