The solid Sitka Spruce top along with Mahogany back and sides combine with the genuine bone nut and saddle to give the AW300NT Natural a superb acoustic voice.

While it's true that Ibanez Guitars are built to a high standard, every AW300NT that we sell has been thoroughly checked over and set-up to play beautifully!


 A Fishman Sonicore pickup and Ibanez Shapeshifter preamp make up the electronics compartment.

Transit Insurance:

You have the option to purchase transit insurance to the value of their item/s. Insurance charges vary from item to item, please contact us for a quote. We recommend that you purchase transit insurance for this item as we are unable to cover for any damaged or lost packages after they have been picked up by Australia Post.

If you have insured your item(s) and a claim needs to be filed (when an item is received damaged or Australia Post confirms the item as lost after an investigation), you will receive full reimbursement or a replacement at our discretion, prior to filing a claim.

If your item is not insured and is suspected of being lost, we are more than happy to assist by tracking the item and starting an investigation with Australia Post to find it (only the sender of the item can initiate this). The investigation can take 4 – 5 business days, after which Australia Post will contact us with an outcome. In the unlikely event that an item is lost, we will assist you all we can to find it but will need your help and understanding. Where Australia Post declares the item as lost, they will not provide a refund for the contents of the item.

In-store pickups: You are more than welcome to pick up your item in person from our retail store located at Shops 7-10, Shoalhaven Arcade, 19 Kinghorne Street, Nowra, NSW, 2541. Before you come in to pick up your item, please contact us by Phone 02 44218688 or email to confirm all pick-up arrangements and details. We also have a loading dock if required.
