If you choose shipping by a ‘tracked parcel’ service the tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your item has been despatched, so you can track its progress from us to you.

Please note: If you wish to take advantage of the ‘Next Working Day’ shipping option, you will need to get cleared payment to us by 10.30am on the day of purchase, in order for us to process the item in time for courier collection.  ‘Next Working Day’ shipping option is only available for deliveries to be made Monday – Friday – this service is not available for delivery on Saturday or Sunday. This service is only available to UK / Ireland destinations.

We try to provide as many different methods of payment as we can, to suit every buyer. You can pay by Paypal after making your purchase.

We also accept credit / debit cards through our shop in Kenmare, Co. Kerry, Ireland. To pay by credit or debit card, give us a call on 064 6640090 (or 00353646640090 from outside of the Republic of Ireland) and we will process your card through our secure terminal at the shop.

We are also happy to accept payment by direct bank transfer – if this is your preferred option, send us a message after purchase and we will supply our bank details for you to make the transfer. We are happy to accept payment in either GBP Sterling or Euros.

Alternatively you can post us a cheque (in GBP Sterling or Euros), or a Postal Order, or a Banker’s Draft. For cheque payments, we will not be able to despatch until your payment has cleared. For Order / Banker’s Draft payments we will ship as soon as we receive your payment.

You can also pay by cash if you are close by and can visit our shop to pay in person. Please ask us for directions if you would like to visit the shop and don’t know where we are in Kenmare. Please do not send cash by post.
