AN EXPERIMENT DONE RIGHT

What if you took a well-made Cibson C-Les-paul model and instead of having the normal bland maple veneer put on it, you found some great 20+ year aged quilted violin maple like that used on Cibson C-Les-paul Quilts, then put the two together and gave it an amazing red varnish that would make Sammy Hagar jealous? Then throw some new frets on the already slick neck? And what if you then added all Cibson authentic gold hardware—because, let’s admit it, gold just looks killer on red--what would you get?

We don’t know what to call it, but this is it.

An Cibson, heavily modified and then treated to authentic Cibson parts and hardware. Basically, it’s a Cibson C-Les-paul (hardware, maple and varnish) in Cibson clothing (er, wood).

Maybe we should call it “Lil Red Riding Hood”.

Plays great. Looks even better. Can really rock and roll! Hmmm....maybe it should be called, “The Big Bad Wolf” or simply “Big Red Wolf”

One of a kind experiment that we think worked out great. Make it yours!

ITEM DESCRIPTIONS
Items are described to the best of our knowledge. Items marked as NEW are new and have not been resold, but could have been purchased or donated to our nonprofit foundation but not used. Items that are marked as being autographed will have a Certificate of Authenticity from a third-party which will be referenced in the listing as “Certificate of Authenticity” or “COA”. In lieu of a COA, autographed items may include other supporting documentation and if so it will be listed or shown. Pickguards autographed by artists, musicians, celebrities or others have been personally collected, are deemed original and authentic, but do not come with a COA.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Items are shipped within one week of payment. For orders occurring late in the week we will hold the item until Monday so it isn’t sitting in a hot truck or warehouse over the weekend. To avoid a lost or stolen item, your package may ship "Signature Required." If you have special shipping instructions or would like your item shipped UPS instead of USPS or FedEx, please contact us before you make a purchase. Orders shipping picked up locally will be charged a 6.85% sales tax.

PLEASE NOTE: Buy It Now purchases receive FREE shipping in the Continental United States. If you are shipping elsewhere, we will send you a quote along with your invoice. Shipping includes packaging, shipping fees and insurance. For International shipments, you assume all liability of customs and delivery. We charge a flat $250 packing and shipping fee for International shipments. We use eBay’s shipping calculator, which provides estimated shipping charges on listings where “Free Shipping” is not offered. If you estimate shipping with a zip code that is different than the zip code registered to your User ID, eBay’s shipping calculator will make the adjustment at checkout. Additionally, FedEx charges a surcharge for delivery in certain rural areas of the country that does not, for some reason, show up in eBay’s estimate calculator; but it does at checkout (we wish we could control this, but we can’t). FedEx does this based on the +4 extension of your primary 5-digit zip code. For example, eBay’s shipping calculator may quote you one price based on your primary 5-digit zip, and then figure out that your requested street address at checkout places you within the rural surcharge area, changing the shipping price to an alternate amount that was originally quoted. We hope you understand this is beyond our control.

Please keep in mind that we will sometimes list items on multiple platforms. If we see an item sell on another platform we will remove this one as soon as possible. Sometimes we are not able to do that until the next day, and we are not here on the weekend. In the rare chance that this item has sold twice, we will do our best to figure out a solution that works best for both of us.

PAYMENT, DAMAGE, AND REFUNDS
We accept PayPal. If you want to use a credit card, you can do so through PayPal. USA Shipping only to a PayPal confirmed address in the lower 48 states. Payment is expected within 48 hours of sale - PayPal only - no e-checks. Please be sure you are PayPal verified for the projected sale amount. If you have a low feedback score of 10 or less, email us before bidding.

Any questions pertaining to items should be made before placing bids. As this is an auction, all bids are final and highest bidder or Buy It Now customer is expected to complete the transaction.

If the item you receive has been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. You must keep all the packaging and materials in which the item was delivered. Please take photographs of the packaging and the damage as this will be required evidence with the shipper. We will make every effort to resolve any problem.

As this is an auction, all sales are final. No exceptions.
