We may issue a lost replacement of your order only if you have chosen signed-for delivery.

 

We cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses once items have left our premises, Once all items have been dispatched it is then down to Royal Mail regarding delivery times. You will have to contact your local Royal Mail sorting depot to pursue any lost or delayed postage.
