You're looking at a Martin Jumbo 12 string acoustic/electric, model: Grand J12-16GTE. It is a 2013 model and is in excellent condition. A strap button has been added to the heel and it has slight handling/playing wear. There is a ding in the top about 1/16 of an inch or 1.5 millimeters. The finish isn't broken and it is small and unnoticeable enough that I couldn't get a photo that showed it. The guitar has been set up with some Martin 10-46 80/20 bronze strings. It plays nicely and comes with the Martin wood/tolex hardshell case.

The Grand J12-16GTE Jumbo Acoustic-Electric Guitar features Martin's jumbo body design for an increase in tone and volume. Like many of Martin's classic guitars, the J12-16GTE is constructed from all solid tonewoods. The back and sides are genuine  "dark wood that starts with an M, but that Ebay won't let me type". For the top tonewood, Martin uses a Sitka Spruce soundboard, braced with a 5/16" scalloped bracing pattern. The neck is joined to the body with Martin's new simple dovetail neck joint. Add to this a fast Performing Artist neck taper, and you've got a guitar that's easy-to-play, with a ridiculous amount of sustain. This combination of tonewoods, neck joint, and bracing pattern gives you an instrument with a lot of sustain, volume, and balanced tone between the bass, mid, and treble frequencies.
