MARTIN GUITAR 00028 EC (2006) Totally Unblemished

This is a Martin 00028 EC. (Eric Clapton Signature Model) with the serial number 1243277 dating it 2006. USA made.
The guitar is totally 100% perfect with no sign of any use anywhere on body, neck or front. That is because it has spent 99% of it's life in it's case in my spare bedroom.
I bought it as an investment. With the intention I could have the pleasure of owning a classy Martin and get my money back when and if I eventually sold it. The advertised price is in line with what I paid for it. Guitars of this quality go up not down in value providing they remain in very very good condition. I have the full paperwork of the guitar (the original owner was a lady, a BBC producer, she only had it 6 months and never played it) I bought it from her and then had it fully set up by ANDY BUNN (a top bloke from Straford upon Avon) (see pics) and then re strung 2 years later. I have played it hardly ever, it is too precious to risk leaving lying about downstairs.
The Brexit and fall in pound v dollar means these guitars are set to go up by around £400. Currently you can get a new one for about £3075. Soon that will be £3500. The great thing about this one is that it has 10 years of maturity and a top class professional set up - you won't get that on a new one.
I guarantee you will not find even a hairline scratch it is beautiful.Sadly being retired and getting older I could use the money for other needs, like new windows etc so it is time to sell. 
I would prefer to hand over the guitar in person and deliver it to you within the NW of England or meet maybe on a motorway somewhere. I can courier it, and it sits very tight and safe in it's red velvet case, but it's value means a courier would be my last choice of options.
