Les micros Texas Special sont des micros surbobinés et calibrés de style Stratocaster vintage. Ils comportent des aimants Alnico V et un fil de bobinage avec un revêtement émail. Le micro central, dont le bobinage et la polarité sont inversés, permet d’annuler les parasites en position 2 et 4.
