Returns Policy

Items must be checked for damage when delivered

If an item is found to be damage you must contact us on 0208 669 6400 to report this within two days of delivery
Damaged items will be replaced
If you should change you mind about a purchase, it must be returned to us (At customers own cost) in the condition it was sent out in the original packaging, and  we will refund your payment less the original cost of posting

Small items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class. If an item sent by Royal mail goes missing we have to allow the Royal Mail regulation period of 14 working days for UK delivery & 21 working days for overseas orders to arrive before we can act..
