You are about to bid on this beautiful rare Fender jazz bass that is in good physical and working condition. As you can see there are some scuffs and scratches from normal use. The fender jazz bass also has some yellowish color on the pick guard from age. This bass does not come in a hard case but gig bag/soft case will be included for shipping. What makes this fender jazz bass so rare is that it was made in Japan from 1995-1996 and that it is a "squier" series with black label. From what we can tell from our research only Mexican made fender jazz bass were black label and had the "squier" series on the headstock. Could also be a Japanese bass with Mexican components?
