To Return an Item:

To return an item you must file a Buyer Protection Case in the Resolution Center on eBay by clicking HERE
As soon as you open a case we will issue you an RMA # and instructions for your return.
Returns will not be accepted without an RMA - No Exceptions.
Items returned without an RA will be refused (Return To Sender) by hollywooddj.com

Shipping Damage:

If you receive an item and it arrives damaged, you are required to report the damage to hollywooddj.com within 24 hours of receipt so that we can file a claim with the carrier.

All shipping damage claims must be filed by hollywoodguitars.com with the carrier within 48 Hours or the loss will not eligible for reimbursement by carrier.

To return an item damaged in transit you must file a Buyer Protection Case in the Resolution Center on eBay by clicking HERE

Defective Items:

If you receive a defective item you have 30 days from the date of receipt to exchange the item through hollywoodguitars.com.
After 30 days you will be required to obtain warranty service through the product manufacturer.
hollywoodguitars.com will not accept returns of defective items after 30 days under any circumstances - You will be referred directly to the product manufacturer for warranty service.
To return a defective item you must file a Buyer Protection Case in the Resolution Center on eBay by clicking HERE
All returned items are subject to inspection and testing - If the returned item is found to be defective we will issue a full refund or replace the defective item.
If a returned item is found NOT to be defective a minimum 15% restocking fee will be charged.
If the item is returned and missing all original packaged items (box, manuals, cables, free items, etc.) a maximum 25% restocking fee will be charged.

Non-Returnable Items:

Computer Software, software controllers and any software related products requiring activation or registration are not eligible for return.

For Returns or exchanges on damaged or defective items in the continental US, hollywoodguitars.com will pay shipping costs to return the defctive item and to send the replacement item back to you.

Defective items can be exchanged for a working unit within 30 days with no restocking fee. After 30 days customer will be referred to the manufacturer for warranty service.

Items returned in less-than-new condition will incur a maximum 25% restocking fee.
