In every way “John Theo” guarantees the sound and practical outcome for 12 months. The guarantee starts from the first day of purchase and it’s only valid  for the first buyer. If you sell it to another person the guarantee stops existing. “John Theo” doesn’t accept any damage of the product  due to bad treatment or storage under bad conditions( low or high temperatures, humidity,etc.)

Immediate repairing or replacement of the instrument

“John Theo” ,only if there is proven responsibility of a bad production of the instrument, is obliged to repair or replae the instrument with another one. That is if the production is still existing.

Delayed shipment or other expences

“John Theo” is not responsible in any way if there are any delays in shipment. In any case shipment and any upcoming fees are paid from the buyer.
