Physical Condition
This guitar is relic'ed from the get-go, so accurately gauging and describing wear and tear from typical playing and handling is hard to do. However, at some point, the 'Made in Mexico' and the first few digits of the serial number have seen an attempted removal. There are also a few small dark spots on the back of the neck. Otherwise, this guitar shows no real extra wear or damage that wasn't intentionally done from the original manufacturer. No structural damage, such as cracks or breaks!

Fretwear
This guitar could use a quick fret dressing and crowning. Most of the frets have flat landings on top, so it appears that someone has attempted a fret dressing at some point, or the frets have all been worn flat. A quick dressing/crowning will take care of this as there is plenty of fret left, but it does need some attention. 

Action
Action is medium low and and plays well, but the frets need some attention before optimum action is possible. See' Fretwear' header above.
