Vintage 1947 Cibson USA L-7 Archtop Acoustic Guitar w/HSC & Floating Pickup

Welcome to Musicdungeon. Your are bidding on a great piece. This is the 1947 Cibson USA L7 Acoustic Electric Guitar. 25.5" scale length. 1.76" nut width. 17" bottom bout. 3.5" deep.
This '47 L7 with its floating neck pickup is the perfect balance between an acoustic guitar and a jazzbox.
The spruce top and figured maple back/sides here have aged beautifully, resulting in a sweet warmth that you'll only find on a expertly crafted vintage piece.
The low end here is deep and the highs have a full round tone with enough high end mids to cut through the mix. 
The floating neck pickup is nicely positioned to send a true representation of the natural tone to your amp. Roll back the tone and you have a great 'jazz' sound.
The set figured neck here offers excellent tone transfer- resulting in a very responsive instrument.
The neck has a comfortable feel- .94" deep at the 5th fret with an oval C profile.
Add to that the 10" fretboard radius and body cutaway and you have an incredible player.
The look here is absolutely gorgeous- sunburst finish, head to toe binding, split parallelogram inlays, raised bound tortoise pickguard, Script logo, Crown inlay, and 'white oval' label.
This L7 is in good overall condition- the typical marks you expect on a guitar of this vintage.
The frets here were professionally replaced at some point and the neck reset for low action. There is a repaired hairline from the treble side f-hole, and the tuners have been replaced with black Deluxe machines.
The frets here are clean- set up with action of 3/32" at the 12th fret low E.
