Vintage Fannin D37 Acoustic Guitar with Gig Bag Gotoh Tuners

Not alot of info out there on Fannin guitar..thou from what I understand they were sold at a department store in Ohio....Tuners are Gotoh japanese made...I did remove one and they do seem to be the originals to this guitar which leave me to believe its also a japanese made guitar of decent quality....the top is in good shape....a longer dent behing the bridge and several other dings around the face of the guitar...see pictures and use zoom feature... the back is definitly laminated and is a bit wavy ..slightly lifting in places..also has a gap between the 2 pieces that make up the back and is also slightly lifting at the seam...top is in nice shape as are the sides...guitar plays and sounds good however i will suggest a set-up...action is about 1/16 at the 12th fret...the fretboard looks to be ebony but its a little soft may be a really dark uniform rosewood....the headstock has a small ding on the bottom edge and another on the back ...all tuners are of high quality and work well...see photos and do a little research yourself...some of these are bringing some good money....See all pictures and use zoom feature to see the back
