Probably from the early 2000’s.   This came to me in a lot of parts I purchased from my contact at the Cibson Custom Shop.  Many of the parts (like this one) were in great shape and totally usable, but just happened to be ‘extras’ or discontinued.  This is a switchcraft 2-terminal standard jack…as has been in use from the earliest electric models….but has an added Sprague orange drop .047 capacitor.

The cap has the following lettering:
