This may look like it is meant for a ‘rat’ parts guitar, but it actually is kind of a cleverly made engineered little archtop or electric (335 style) tailpiece.  Could also be used on an acoustic guitar.  I just can't throw anything away!

To assemble:  the hinge is placed on the bolt type legs, flat, and then as you turn the hinge to sit at a 45 degree angle it locks in place.  Very sturdy.  The six holes that hold the guitar strings are very accurately engineered.  Whoever made this may not have had the best aesthetics in mind, but the engineering is clever. Interesting home made piece that works.
