Vintage Reissue Fender 1951 Precision Bass w/G&G Case Seymour Duncan PU +Extras
Up for grabs here is my Crafted in Japan 1951 reissue Fender Precision Bass. I won't bore you with all the technical details - chances are if you're looking at this listing you already know all that stuff - but suffice to say that this bass is in excellent condition cosmetically and operationally. I'd put it easily at 9.5/10. There are some very minor marks here and there but nothing really noticeable. The bass has had several upgrades/additions made as follows:
Seymour Duncan SCPB-1 Vintage pickup installed (original pickup will also be included)
Chrome pickup and bridge covers, which the bass did not originally come with
Schaller straplok-ready strap buttons
Callaham nickel heavy knurled barrel knobs
Electrosocket input jack cup
All pickguard screws changed to slot head ones for a vintage appearance
The bass sounds and plays great, and has recently had a full setup and adjustment with new strings. This is a great opportunity to get your hands on a nice clean example of a truly classic and rare Fender reissue bass. These don't come up for sale too often so grab this beauty while you can!
A nice vintage style black tolex G&G/Fender rectangular hardshell case, which is also in excellent condition (with keys) is included with the bass and the bass will be packed securely for shipping.
