Vintage Vietnam "Sevicemans" Bizarre Guitar stratish with Effects *Worldwide*

Rare Vintage 1970's? made in Vietnam "Servicemans" bizzare Guitar == Strat-ish style electric guitar with built-in effects -- yes, that's 6 switches & 4 knobs! == Hard to date this, but I think mid-late 1970's as a continuation of the interesting but sometimes crude Fender imitations produced for servicemen from the 1960's until the US left Vietnam -- obviously, in shape this is Fender-ish lol == The neck is reminiscent of teiscos, serviceable but basic -- this one needs some fret ends dressed (not horrible, I've seen new guitars needing this too and I don't notice when playing) -- and neck has some bow, not too bad as action is 3/16" and quite playable up the neck -- again like most teiscos, not great but certainly playable -- I don't know if it has a truss rod as I haven't had the neck off to look at heel == The bridge, and pickguard & other plates, are very basic -- even the neckplate is thick black plastic! == The body is actually pretty nice, with a cool blue metalflake finish, some scratches and dings == and the electronics are BIZZARE and super cool -- 3 switches are on/off for pickups, and 3 are for 3 different effects, with the bottom knob an on/off and modulation speed control with a flashing led in time with modulation speed (slower as you turn it up), the next knob is a blend, I think, then tone, and volume at top -- the effects seem to be an overdrive/distortion, a phaser, and a fuzz -- and the effects actually sound darn good - the phaser can give almost an auto-wah sound and a tremolo effect at high speed (closest to on/off position), the OD is pretty smooth, and the fuzz screams -- with lots of feedback, some Jimi at Woodstock tones to me lol -- btw, the on/off knob is exactly that, it must be On to play == So, the guitar is pretty basic but certainly plays ok -- and the effects are VERY COOL == Sorry, no case == We ship worldwide ==
